We start processing your order as soon as it is placed. Normally, it takes 2-3 business days for the package to be shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions or sales, the processing time may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery time

Once your package has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on the carrier and delivery address.
Please note that factors beyond our control – such as weather conditions, transport delays or customs clearance – may affect the delivery time.

Shipping options & costs

We offer free and trackable shipping on all orders.
If you have special delivery requests, you can contact us to explore the possibility of express delivery for an additional cost.

Change of delivery address

If you need to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes if the order has already begun processing or is being prepared for delivery.

Cancelling an order

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, you have 2-3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.
Contact customer service and provide your order number, and we will help you. Once the order has progressed through the processing process, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
